San Pellegrino Young Chef 2018 meets Rochini finest tabletop

….and the winner is  Falko Weiß aus dem Restaurant “à la Minute” in Trier. Mit seinem innovativen Signature Dish „Stadt/Land/Fluss“ konnte er sich den ersten Platz im nationalen Vorentscheid des „S.Pellegrino Young Chef 2018” sichern. Falko wird nächstes Jahr Deutschland und Österreich beim Weltfinale in Mailand vertreten. Herzlichen Glückwunsch!
